Charlotte Church (born February 21 in 1986) is an opera star from Llandaff Wales in the United Kingdom. Welsh singer-songwriter who is known for recording pop music and classical works. Over 10 million of her albums have sold around the world. Crazy Chick was her debut top-selling single. Church wanted to play Hermione Grenger for Harry Potter Films, however Church would like Emma Watson in Harry Potter to play Hermione. Emma Watson won the role. Church is the child of Maria Cooper and Stephen Reed. Charlotte's mother took care of her when Stephen quit the family after Charlotte was just two. The family was Roman Catholic. Maria Church got married to James Church in 1992. Charlotte was adopted by James Church in 1999. She has 4 siblings, two younger brothers and sisters through her biological grandparents Luke and Alexander in addition to two step-siblings older than her Elisha & Andrew from their adoptive fathers' previous marriage. In 1997, she received her big break when singing Andrew Lloyd Webber Pie Jesu for the program This Morning over the phone. This performance was then repeated by ITV's Big Big Talent Show. Catherine Rose Young, their daughter. They split in 2010 Cheryl was engaged with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in 2014, and they married on Aug. 2 of 2014.
