Anita Sarkeesian (Canadian-American) is an activist in the field of feminist media as well as a public speaker, and Canadian. Feminist Frequency is a site with video and blogs looking at the portrayal of women by popular media. Anita Sarkeesian is an award-winning Canadian-American feminist media critic and blogger. She is the founder as well as the executive director for Feminist Frequency an educational not-for-profit website that explores representations of women in pop media narratives.
