Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish half-English lady was born on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. Half English and a quarter Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker, and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Their father was Argentine who had Scottish and English heritage. Her mother is of Spanish as well as English ancestry. Taylor-Joy has four siblings from her father's previous marriage. They lived at Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria part of London. Taylor-Joy said the move had been traumatic as she refused to take classes in English because she hoped to come back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school when she changed schools from Northlands. Then she attended Queen's Gate School where she studied ballet and acted in school productions. Then she dropped out of the high school aged 16 in order to pursue her acting career. Taylor-Joy was a young actress who was certain she would be one. The realization of her dreams came after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
